We are recruiting a Team Lead to join a Software company in Newcastle.
You will be fluent in either French or German and English.
The role reports into the Area Manager and you will have direct line management of a designated group of specialists. Dealing with the first level of escalations, coaching, and developing the team.
As the Manager of the team you will set clear objectives, targets and ensure the delivery.
Undertaking all performance management duties, holding regular 121s, delivering regular feedback and recognition.
Ensuring SLAs are met and sharing feedback and recommendations with Area Manager and Support Manager on tools, process, and training.
Skills and Experience
Fluent in another European language & English language skills spoken and written.
Strong technical ability – ability to troubleshoot effectively
Experience in customer service.
Proven people skills.
Experience of delivering coaching sessions in ways which facilitate performance improvement (desirable).
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a complex organisational structure.
Previous management experience (desirable).
Good organisation and logical thinker.
Ability to provide good direction.
Strong team player.
Shifts will be across all days of the week 9.30-6 or 11.30-8.
