What will I be doing?
Whether you’re answering a call from someone who has a question about their account or supporting a customer to self-serve through automated channels – you’ll deliver fantastic customer service that’s helpful and understanding. It’s as simple as that.
Who are we looking for?
Naturally you’ll be a great communicator and a great listener, but you’ll also be passionate about delivering first class customer service and helping our client to achieve their aim of helping people be better with credit. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a customer contact centre within financial services- but, providing you can demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, we’d be delighted to see your application.
What are the benefits?
You’ll receive a starting salary of £19,000. You’ll have the opportunity to increase your salary to £19,500 after 6 months, then up to £20,000 after 12 months through the successful achievement of the supportive internal development programme. On top of this, there’s a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
