Product Manager

NRG are delighted to be working with a large organisation in Durham looking to recruit a Product Manager into an established team. The successful individual will be responsible for the conception, delivery, refining and withdrawal of digital products within the group to maximise value for money for their customer. They will create and own the product vision and strategy for the emerging tech suite and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels and delivery teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience working in a similar Product Manager role

• Comfortable operating with technologies that are emerging or where there are a degree of unknowns, and a personal drive to learn how these technologies can be successfully embedded into the business

• Experience of working in an enterprise-level organisation

• Experience of leading product teams across a complex portfolio of products

• Experience of driving change and realizing value within a portfolio of products

• Experience in Agile methodologies

• An autonomous and dynamic individual who is able to clearly articulate to senior stakeholders the work within their portfolio

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build successful relationships with Business Owners and other external stakeholders

Initially this role will be working remotely however when it is safe to do so you will be expected to return to office. As a result candidates must live within commutable distance to Durham.

Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits
