Our international pharma client based in Longbenton is looking for a Order Management Assistant to join them initially on a temporary basis for 6-12 months.
Job Role
To co-ordinate and execute customer order, administrative and logistic tasks according to business guidelines
Management of order processing activities within the department to ensure correct handling, administration and documentation is in place
Receipt of requests for price quotations, stock and shelf life availability, new sales orders and amendments
Expedite transfer invoices to SU’s and where necessary expedite final customer shipment invoice minimising delays
Use SAP to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of sales orders, and to make changes on customer sales orders
Skills/Experience
Understanding of Distribution of goods
Familiar with GMP/LGMP
Experience of highly regulated environment (FMCG/Pharmaceutical)
Highly competent with computerised order processing/distribution systems
Good organisational skills - able to prioritise conflicting requirements
The role is 37.5 hours per week in core buisiness operating hours usually 08.00-16.00
