We have an exciting opportunity to join our client in the Social Housing industry as Customer Contact Manager.
The role of Customer Contact Manager requires a dynamic and decisive manager who can work at pace, balance competing demands, support transformational change and inspire people to be the best they can.
You will be skilled and confident in managing a team of front-line advisors who provide the gateway to their services. You will have a track record in deploying approaches that continue to attract, retain, and support a team who feel confident, competent, and valued to do their job. You will have the drive and determination to place customers at the forefront of everything you do.

Attracts a salary of £42,521, in addition to a car allowance
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, overseeing delivery of critical front-line services 24/7, 365 days per year
