Lead Data Analyst

Our client is recruiting a Lead Analyst to take ownership on industry benchmarking services which aims to improve availability, reliability, and performance of various products. Looking at innovative ways to improve these products through analysis of large and bespoke data sets will be key to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Data analysis for bespoke case-by-case data to identify trends.

• Own the delivery of the benchmarking service.

• Manage technical relationships with software providers and customers.

• Provide technical support and leadership to your team.

• Support the continual improvements of all products in your area.

Experience:

• Experience working in and ideally leading a data focused team – Data analysis, data science.

• Knowledge of various data analysis techniques.

• Proficient in SQL – Query complex tables and joins.

• Understanding of data analysis in Python.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
