Digital Marketing Lead


This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most exciting enterprises in the North East of England and directly contribute to the success of the business.


We are now looking for an experienced digital marketing lead to take responsibility for the digital implementation of the company’s marketing strategy for B2B and B2C sales.


The successful candidate would have an excellent understanding of E-commerce and digital marketing, but more importantly the passion and drive to succeed


Responsible for the technical implementation of the company's marketing strategy including website management, social media channel management, email automation, CRM and web analytics


Digital Marketing Skills


  • Implementation of web, social and email marketing strategy

  • Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

  • Experience of HubSpot or similar CRM tool, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and LinkedIn marketing tools

  • Management of digital spend and improvement of conversion rates and average order value (working knowledge of ad spend in Google Ad Manager and Shopping Campaigns)

  • Analytics - e.g., Sales - Conversion analytics/ Google analytics/ HubSpot reporting

Website management


  • Owning the website content management system (CMS) with editing/build skills

  • Experience of Shopify, Squarespace and HubSpot integration

  • Knowledge and experience in content and technical SEO, paid and organic search

CRM Management

  • Support Business Development Manager in the use of HubSpot/ similar CRM tools
