Sales and Project Consultant

Purpose of the role:

The Sales and Project Consultant will develop and nurture incoming sales leads and provide high quality customer service to deliver on ambitious growth plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day to day contact with key accounts and customers in assigned territories including France

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities with existing customers in assigned territories

  • Respond to incoming leads promptly and effectively and be the initial point of contact for pricing and product availability

  • Look after the online Chat and propose suggestions to improve reach/quality of response

  • First stage follow-up to all new marketing leads and establish and develop relationships with key customers

  • Convert new leads to Sales Opportunities

  • Provide a high level of technical and specification support, becoming an expert in all products

  • Record customer feedback on products and services and Work particularly closely with marketing to help shape the content they create and ensure it addresses what our customers are asking for

  • Prepare and deliver quotations to customers and provide remote training to key customers

  • Record and track opportunities and projects from enquiry to delivery through the CRM system



  • Fluency in French

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Ability to learn and retain technical information

  • A thirst for knowledge and a willingness to take on new challenges

  • Good presentation skills and telephone manner

  • Commercial awareness

  • Full driving licence
