We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our client covering a period of maternity leave.
You will be CIPD qualified with strong HR Advisor experience with an excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practice requirements. Previous experience with absence management dealing with short term, long term and capability matters. String relationship building at all levels and influencing managers.
You will be required to undertake project work and other reasonable duties, or activities as required (such as recruitment support, profit share administration etc.).
