NRG are thrilled to be working with one of our fantastic clients located in Newcastle City Centre. Our client are looking for customer service advisors to join them on a temporary on going basis to start ASAP! The role will require the successful candidates to complete 4 weeks of training within the city centre office, but the role will then move to being a home based role.
Candidates must be must be able to commit to working evening and weekends as successful candidates will work on a 5 week shift rotation. The role has the possibility to lead to a permanent appointment too.
Working hours will be from 8am-9pm on a rotational basis, and will require the successful candidate to commit to working 2 in 5 weekend shifts - Saturday AND Sunday's.
Duties to include:
- Handling inbound calls from Customers
- Answering emails within a timely manner
- Providing outstanding customer service
Experience of working within a contact centre environment is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
