Customer Service Advisor – Newcastle - £19,000 + Bonus
Starting salary of £19,000, rising to £22,000 after 12 months service.

We require a number of individuals who are real team players and put customers at the heart of everything they do.
What to expect
Joining as a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be helping customers calling in with general customer service enquiries and as well as providing them technical support.
You will also be making outbound calls to provide customers with updates and any on-going technical support.
In this role, you’ll need to be able to think on your feet, react to incidents in a timely manner and can show patience, empathy & compassion.
You’ll need to bring good IT skills to your new role, as you’ll be handling customer information and updating databases and you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
You must have experience in providing excellent customer service and be genuinely passionate about customer satisfaction.
4days on 2 off – 40 hours per week – various shift patterns.
28 days holiday (including bank holiday) increasing to 30 (incl. bank holidays) after a year’s service.
