Customer Support Agent – Newcastle - £18,000 + Benefits
My client is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Contact Support Agent to handle inbound customer contact in a fast paced and target driven environment.
Working for an online Casino you will be responsible for handling all customer queries across a number of customer channels.
Answering inbound customer contact providing a high level of service.
Resolving customer queries and issues, ensuring you provide fast and accurate responses.
Working towards and consistently achieving all targets and KPI’s.
Working in a team-based environment.
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally working for an online casino
A second language would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and driven
Problem solving skills
Flexibility to work shifts – including some evenings and weekends
Interviews and your induction will be done virtually. The role will also be split between contact centre and home based.
Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
