IT Systems & Support Engineer
NRG are pleased to be working exclusively with an established independent IT solution provider specialising in virtualization technologies. Based in Cramlington, they are looking to recruit an IT Systems & Support Engineer.
Work as part of a technical assistance and guidance team to deliver a high level of service and support to customers.
Preparation and release of hardware and software.
Manage the help desk call logging system and monitor progress through communication with colleagues and customers.
Solution planning and implementation.
Work closely with the sales department for pre and post sales technical advice.
Expereicne with installation, configuration and support in a LAN/WAN environment - Operating systems, hardware and applications.
Expereicne in some of the following:
Network troubleshooting and support – LAN/WAN/WLAN
Recent expereicne with security technologies
Monitoring solutions for system and network
MS Exchange/O365 – Management, installation and migration
