Part Time Administrator

We are recruiting a Part Time Administrator to join an established business with a National presence in a permanent role.

Reporting into the General Manager you will provide support for the efficient operation of the various admin processes that underpin the smooth running of the office.

The Administrator will also provide support to other members of the team in the development of their UK business.

General duties:

  • Professional image and interacting with customers

  • Greeting clients

  • Supporting the Logistics and Office Manager in the daily management of the office

  • Supporting the marketing team with materials and events preparation

  • Assembly and fulfilment of orders

  • Supporting with SOPs, enquiries

  • Keeping enquiries and information UpToDate on Excel

  • Helping with Purchase orders and procurement orders

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and use your time effectively in the ours worked. Hours will be over 5 days 10am-2pm.
