We have an exciting opportunity to join a Global organisation in the manufacturing sector as HR Business Partner.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will be responsible for specific projects across several offices.
This is a generalist role working in a busy HR team supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will be actively involved in recruitment, creating and implementing effective onboarding plans. Very much a hands-on role assisting the Head of HR with overall HR operations and ER cases.
Working globally, regionally and locally this is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
CIPD qualification would be preferred along with excellent Excel skills.
