NRG are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the fraud and risk department in an expanding tech company in Newcastle. The role will require the successful candidate to be fully flexible to work 37.5 hours betweem 7am - 10pm, over a 5/7 day period.
This role will include:
· Working effectively as part of a fraud ad risk department
· Assessing customers accounts
· Ensuring compliance in line with regulations
· Checking customer ID on registration
Successful candidates will be:
· Able to provide excellent customer service experience
· You will be computer literate and have exceptional keyboard skills
· Proactive to customers and an excellent communicator both written and verbally
· Experienced as working at part of a team
Experience is not essential provided you have a proactive and hard-working attitude and excellent customer service skills!
