I am delighted to be recruiting a People Services Manager for a well-known global organisation in Newcastle.
Working as a part of their People Services team you will undertake the role of Manager for the Administration team. As Manager you will be responsible for the daily coordination and management of the team.
The role reports into the Head of People Services and will support the transformation of the People Services team on a journey from transactional to best in class.
Manage and accountability for the seamless end to end service delivery of people related transactional and admin activities
Providing strong management and direction to the People Services administration team
Managing the service against agreed SLAs and monitoring and reporting on performance against them
Working closely with the Partnering Team and Centers of Excellence to ensure a seamless service
Driving continuous improvement and process efficiency, managing people risks and providing advice to the organisation on a range of people-related challenges
Leading, defining and delivering improvement initiatives and change projects to enhance service performance and employee experience
The right person will be a strong ‘hands-on’ leader who is detail orientated, operationally savvy and able to judge process need and requirement and is skilled at developing relationships across a broad range of stakeholders in order to ‘make things happen’.
Experience of successfully managing teams within a large organisation; coaching, motivating and managing team performance.
Detailed knowledge of People best practices, processes and systems and CIPD membership.
