NRG are delighted to be working with the 3rd largest independent video games publisher in the world. Based in Newcastle city centre, they are looking to recruit a Knowledge Specialist.
Working in conjunction with operational teams, you will improve and produce accurate FAQ and Knowledge guides for a vast external player base of gamers and end users including platform/game specific troubleshooting guides and self-help content. You will also assist the Customer Support team by creating user guides and help improve experiences by analysing and sharing feedback.
As you will be working for a AAA games publisher, the ideal candidate will be an avid gamer with a good understanding of their impressive library of titles and services.
Create, update and archive FAQs.
Provide localisations on FAQ and Knowledge Base content.
Monitor all localisations and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure embargos and deadlines are adhered to.
Create initiatives to increase self-help and player empowerment.
Develop a deep knowledge of Ubisoft products and process.
Create game agnostic content to help with platform specific topics.
Support new projects and the wider business as and when required.
Show flexibility to work shifts as needed with an understanding for the demands of the business and our consumers.
Skills and Experience
Experience of creating FAQ documentation and Knowledge Base materials.
Experience of document localisation
Good understanding of social media activity, Facebook, Twitter, Your Tube
Good spelling and grammar
Quick thinker – work proactively
Good communicator and team player
Able to work on own initiative
Native/mother tongue speaker for the represented language (FR)
Strong technical ability is preferred
