NRG is currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Case Handler to join our client based in Newcastle City Centre on a permanent basis.

The role will deliver high quality, efficient and effective legal services to their clients and customers.

Duties of the role include: -

Managing a caseload of remortgage transactions from the point of instruction through to completion and registration as Land Registry

Dealing with all technical aspects of each transaction including title checking and review of all relevant paperwork

Act proactively whilst organising and prioristing activities to ensure that all transactions are progressed in a timely manner and in line with agreed service levels

Provide excellent client and customer service when dealing with all interested parties to answer queries, provide updates and obtain information

Deal promptly and effectively with all internal and external communications and correspondence supported by clear and concise responses

Maintaining the good order of case files to ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements where applicable

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English with a minimum grade C

 

Desirable

  • Law or conveyancing focused qualifications

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a high volume/transactional environment and dealing with clients and customers

 

KNOWLEDGE

 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of conveyancing
