My client based in Sunderland have a new opportunity for an HR Administrator to join them initially on a 6-month contract.
Working in the HR team you will be responsible for administering queries on their HR system, typically shift patterns and annual leave. The role will however develop further as the system develops i.e. absence management, probation reviews.
You will lead (with support) system functionality changes, liaising with their 3rd party supplier at adapt the system to meet the companies needs. Drafting communications for managers and be the HR systems positive ambassador on behalf of the team.
The right candidate should be confident using and developing databases, ideally in an HR environment and be confident talking to managers and problem solving.
You will receive full training and be supported on a day to day basis. There may be travel required to other sites occasionally.
