Our client based in Newcastle are a public sector organization and have an opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join them in a temporary position.

The role is likely to last at least two months and reports into the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the digitisation of the HR Service through the development and maintenance of IT Solutions and systems

  • Coordinating share point user group and providing share point systems as required

  • Providing advice and guidance on all aspects of organization, position and time management with SAP HR system

  • Developing and maintaining HR web and intranet pages

  • Supporting the HR Manager (Business Services) in the implementation of new ways of working that drive continuous improvement, meet stakeholder needs and improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery outputs
