NRG are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Advisors to work for one of the UK’s leading energy providers.  If you enjoy solving problems and have a passion for helping people, then this is the role for you.


What you can expect:

As a Senior Advisor, your role will be to support engineers and liaise with other internal teams in order to deal with issues that arise from Smart Meter installations.


Working in a team of approximately 30 people you will receive inbound calls from engineers who are working out in the field. The aim is to resolve all issues by communicating with other internal teams and ensure the Smart Meters are installed for the customer on the first time.

The starting salary for this position is £19,887 increasing to £21,694 after a proven and successful 3 months performance.

Successful candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday on a shift rotation. There is overtime available on a Saturday from 8am – 1pm.
