Our client is the UK's largest multi-utility metering services company. They operate on a national basis on behalf of gas, electricity and water companies. They own the meters that inform the country’s leading energy providers how much energy their customers have used.
Operating within our Data Management Services team, supporting our Universal Supplier Solution (USS). The team handles data for processes within areas such as Smart Metering, Supplier, Data Collection, Meter Operator and Data Aggregation. A sound knowledge set of industry end to end processes is extremely advantageous.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day to day functions and activities that exist within the team and will be focussed on ensuring positive performance for our clients, while generating internal value for the organisation.
Inbox query management in accordance with company SLAs
Data entry and administration
Liaising with Client Suppliers and third parties ensuring contractual SLA’s are met.
Assigning, Investigating and resolving Ad-hoc queries received via Mantis hub.
Working exception reporting across customer processes, ensuring SLA’s are maintained.
Training new starters and maintaining a constant knowledge share with existing colleagues.
First point of escalation within operations.
Adapting to new business processes and ad hoc priority requests

Competent Microsoft Excel skills
Good Customer service skills
Proficient verbal and written communications skills
