We have an exciting interim opportunity to join a public sector organisation based in Newcastle for a minimum of two months.
To provide modern, proactive, strategic and customer-valued human resource management (HRM) and development (HRD) advice. To contribute to the development of individuals and teams to maximise performance. To lead on specific projects and contribute to the development of the businesses HR policy.
This is a generalist role and would suit someone who has a varied HR background and is used to the processes involved within public sector i.e. reviews. You will be used to dealing with complex cases and working with Senior Management teams.
