Working within the marketing and ecommerce teams, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be data driven and analytical and as an expert in the paid search channel, you will take ownership of PPC and related data analysis.
Implementing and managing highly effective campaign strategies with focus on PPC and SEO, directly and/or managing the relevant partners to do so on Pink Boutiques behalf.
Working towards and understanding clear strategic business KPI’s i.e. ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate etc.
Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Giving regular performance updates to stakeholders all the way up the business.
Scheduling and understanding regular performance and insight reports.
Keeping up to date with the latest digital & industry trends.
Use test results to make smart business decisions.
Skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced, digital marketing environment and will have gained experience in a comparable role Internally or within a digital agency. You will have experience of working within and coordinating activity across the different areas of the digital landscape and have a good track record of creating and managing campaigns budgets.
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with ability to multi-task, and able to communicate effectively at all levels with an inquisitive and innovative approach.
An understanding of automated bidding solutions and custom AdWords scripts.
Excellent understanding of paid search best practice and working knowledge and/or strong interest in other media channels especially SEO and Social Media.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and interpret large amounts of complex data with advanced Excel.
Previous experience of working in a similar fast fashion business is desirable.
Creative and out-of-the-box thinker with big ideas and ambitious growth plans.
A self-starter who thrives in a result driven, creative environment.
Strong organizational skills with an accurate eye for detail.
Experience working with budgets, targets and KPIs.
Used to working in a busy, high workload department with an ability to multi-task and prioritise.
