My client is a Global business who have an opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join their internal team for UK and Export sales. The role supports their Regional Sales Managers by liaising and building relationships with customers to assist in driving sales forward. Their team members are passionate, driven and up for a challenge.
Main role duties:
Working as part of their internal sales team providing customer service and solutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Using their CRM system to provide Regional Sales Managers with an up to date understanding of customer requirements and any issues to enable them to have productive meetings
Being a key point of contact for any customer issues and liaising with internal departments (production, quality etc.) to help resolve these, providing feedback of resolutions to all parties
Preparing sales documentation, such as quotations to ensure products match with requirements in the best possible way
The right candidate will have previous experience of providing Customer Service in a sales environment and excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and a proactive, problem solver.
