Due to significant growth my client who is based in Sunderland have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manage to join the business. They operate various sites around the UK and have created this new role which they are looking to appoint into immediately.
This is a standalone full-time permanent role and an exciting opportunity to help shape the people strategy and agenda in their significant growth. The role will involve both operational and strategic HR.
Developing HR policies and procedures in order to drive performance
Reviewing current and existing benefits for employees and managers
Managing the employee lifecycle form recruitment process through to onboarding and offboarding
Advising Senior Management on terms and conditions of employment and best practice
Driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals
The right candidate will be an accomplished HR Generalist and have their CIPD level 5 with a proven track record in setting up policies and procedures ideally in a fast-paced environment.
