Our client is a Hospitality establishment who due to growth and expansion are looking to recruit for an experienced driven Sales Associate.
The main aim of the role is to increase venue sales through the promotion and knowledge of our client’s facilities and venues across the Northeast.
Identifies and maximise opportunities to increase business levels across the site.
Meeting clients face to face to introduce our facilities to them and match their needs with what our client establishment has to offer.
Gain knowledge of what the company has to offer and the limitations of the venue.
Build a professional relationship with previous customers by making frequent contact with them and generate repeat business.
Outgoing, friendly and has a positive outlook.
Work closely with the events team and heads of department
The ideal candidate will have an event and hospitality background plus:
Previous sales experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Good local knowledge of the area and is comfortable approaching new clients over the telephone, face to face or via email.
Full-time, Permanent: the hours of this role are flexible as required to suit the needs of our customers however your core ours will be based from Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm. If we have special events that you are required to attend, then time will be given back in lieu of this.
You will receive, a share of the staff tips (paid into your bank account every 4 weeks).
