IT Support Manager
NRG are excited to be working exclusively with Singletrack. New to the region, Singletrack have a global reach in providing a cloud-based SaaS solution to their clients. Already the primary vendor in Europe, Singletrack are opening a new office just outside of Newcastle City Centre to spearhead the application and technical support function for their customers based in the US. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to set up and manage this new self-contained team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to build and shape their own team and head up the department in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
At least three years’ experience running a support team for a complex application or set of applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, Accounting/Finance etc.)
At least 5 years’ experience providing support (inc. on-call or OOH coverage)
Experience of Salesforce or another similar CRM.
Experience of supporting technical environments (e.g. Linux servers, AWS, Azure)
