NRG is currently recruiting for a Service Centre Manager to join our growing client based in Birmingham city centre on a permanent business. The aim of the role is to build a nurturing and growing best in class service environment.

The role offers the opportunity to really have an input and make a change with new ideas. The company is going through a period of growth and there is excellent potential for progression moving forwards.

Duties of the role include: -

  • Build and deliver ‘path to leadership’ and ‘opportunity’ programmes for a glowing environment in conjunction with HR

  • Ensuring a robust recruitment programme

  • Ensure the service environment has appropriate succession planning and articulate this to line manager regularly

  • Generate and deliver FTE forecasts when required, providing modelling options and rationale

  • Deliver an independent overview of compliance status at least twice annually

  • Ensure the service centre meets all regulatory requirements

To be considered for the role you must: -

  • Have considerable experience in an operational/leadership role within a contact centre

  • Have strong analytical abilities

  • Be able to coach and motivate colleagues through inspirational leadership
