NRG is currently recruiting for a Service Centre Manager to join our growing client based in Birmingham city centre on a permanent business. The aim of the role is to build a nurturing and growing best in class service environment.
The role offers the opportunity to really have an input and make a change with new ideas. The company is going through a period of growth and there is excellent potential for progression moving forwards.
Duties of the role include: -
Build and deliver ‘path to leadership’ and ‘opportunity’ programmes for a glowing environment in conjunction with HR
Ensuring a robust recruitment programme
Ensure the service environment has appropriate succession planning and articulate this to line manager regularly
Generate and deliver FTE forecasts when required, providing modelling options and rationale
Deliver an independent overview of compliance status at least twice annually
Ensure the service centre meets all regulatory requirements
To be considered for the role you must: -
Have considerable experience in an operational/leadership role within a contact centre
Have strong analytical abilities
Be able to coach and motivate colleagues through inspirational leadership
