NRG is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our successful manufacturing client based in Washington.
Duties of the role include: -
Provide secretarial support to the General Manager
Booking travel, car rentals, hotel reservations etc.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
Being responsible for the reception function as well as control of access to the site
Provide administration support to different areas of the business
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Ensure all visitors are signed in and are compliant with health & safety procedures
To be considered for the role you must: -
Have recent and considerable experience in a receptionist or administration role
Be personable and professional
Have excellent organizational skills
have a flexible approach to tasks and duties due to the nature of the role
