NRG is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our successful manufacturing client based in Washington.

Duties of the role include: -

  • Provide secretarial support to the General Manager

  • Booking travel, car rentals, hotel reservations etc.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations

  • Being responsible for the reception function as well as control of access to the site

  • Provide administration support to different areas of the business

  • Act as first point of contact for visitors

  • Ensure all visitors are signed in and are compliant with health & safety procedures

To be considered for the role you must: -

  • Have recent and considerable experience in a receptionist or administration role

  • Be personable and professional

  • Have excellent organizational skills

  • have a flexible approach to tasks and duties due to the nature of the role
