RG is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join our creative client based close to Newcastle City Centre. The role will maintain the daily running of the Newcastle office and provide PA/Administration duties.

The role will be an integral part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team who work to high standards delivering innovative communication solutions with exemplary customer care.

Your role as our office manager will primarily involve:

  • Organising and making travel arrangements for management staff

  • HR related issues within our Newcastle city centre office

  • Maintaining the daily running of the office and related administration

  • Working closely with department managers to make sure projects are invoiced

  • Journal entries

  • Stock control, payroll and petty cash

  • Sales/ Purchase order processing


Key personal skills and experience should include:

  • Ability to work as an integrated part of a diverse team

  • Have recent and considerable experience as an Office Manager

  • Self-motivated and autonomous

  • Leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly organised with demonstrable ability in short- and long-term planning
