As a Customer Service Advisor – Fraud, you’ll be an expert on the front line, making sure our customers, and their money, are safe in our hands. With your expertise behind them, our customers can be sure that they can do what they want to do, every day, and with confidence. You’ll be building trusting, lasting relationships with our customers and in turn, we’ll be helping you to build your best career within our company, with the flexibility to work in a dynamic way that suits your life.
You will have outstanding communication skills and a real passion for offering great customer service.
You will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and have a friendly and professional outlook.
You will be computer literate and able to work flexible shifts.
Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm on a rota basis.
£18,910 per annum
November and December 2019
