NRG is currently recruiting for a Pension Scheme Manager to join our prestigious client based in Durham.
The role will report into the HR Director and will be accountable for making sure the pension arrangements function effectively.
Duties of the role include: -
Lead the day to day operational management of the pension scheme and report all information to the Trustee’s
Provide specialist technical support and identify/implement improvements to existing practices
Manage and monitor the schemes finances including the preparation and management of the scheme’s annual budget
Manage supplier relationships and coordinate services
To be considered for the role you must have: -
Proven experience in a similar role
In depth knowledge of the administration and management of defined benefit and defined pension contribution pension arrangements
Sound understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment applying to
Experience of managing multi-million pound budget spends on suppliers
