New exciting, temporary roles within Customer Services via Social Media
Posting on social media with updates on travel and information regarding the our client's organisation to include, but not limited to train delays and cancellations, bus replacement services and any other information which will be useful to passengers planning their journeys
Provide timely responses to customer enquiries on all client's social media accounts, where necessary referring queries to a manager or via other channels for resolution and liaising with departments around the business for accurate information.
Liaise with customer experience to ensure all customer queries, claims and complaints are dealt with efficiently and following company guidelines and procedures
Support the client's wider communications team as required to create and update website when on-call member is unable to do so
Develop and schedule proactive content design and multimedia to enhance company's reputation and increase engagement with customers and other users of social media.
Monitor and provide engaging content for social media channels maintaining company and brand standards.
Align with communications and marketing teams to issue information about campaigns and promotional offers through Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms
Produce reports regarding the effectiveness of the social media accounts on a daily basis.
