NRG are delighted to be recruiting a Design & Delivery Learning Adviser for our client based in Newcastle.
Working in the People Services team the purpose of the role is to Design, develop and deliver innovative, engaging, learning interventions that are aligned to company priorities and increase capability and performance.
Leading thorough needs analysis activities with company Stakeholders and SME’s to fully understand learning needs and how they support and build business capability
Identify specific learning objectives and solutions for each learning project
Understanding organisational insights and prioritizing learning needs, challenging organizational thinking in order to deliver sustainable solutions that are aligned to the people plan
Enhancing employee experience by developing innovative, engaging and motivational organisational learning products and programmes to value employee lifecycle
Design and deliver organisational wide learning solutions that embrace modern technology, digital software, self-serve and future thinking
Keeping up to date with learning and development research, emerging ideas and best practice in addition to traditional learning techniques
Researching, evaluating and negotiating with external suppliers where appropriate, ensuring products are underpinned by their people plan
Partnering with colleagues across People Services to market the departments full product range, signposting employees to appropriate services to provide best value
Excellent organisational and prioritasation skills are a must, ensuring that all projects are well planned and documented from initiation to completion.
