NRG is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well-known manufacturing client based in Washington.
The role is permanent with a basic salary of £23,000.
Duties of the role include: -
Processing claims along with providing help and advice to existing customers, communicating via email and telephone.
Managing client relationships and maintaining strong long-term relationships with global customers
Produce and update reports on a regular basis
To be considered you must: -
Have excellent organisational and planning skills
Be degree qualified or have relevant experience
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
Be an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
