NRG are delighted to be recruiting an HR Officer for a global organization with head offices based in Sunderland.
Joining the HR team, you will be responsible for the following:
Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders ensuring support for business objectives
Optimising on employee engagement
Coaching and mentoring line managers with employee management activities
Proactive management of informal grievance solutions, providing mediation where necessary
Supporting a culture or performance management to drive business efficiency and commercial performance
Assisting in managing the HR and Health and Safety process to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided
Providing advice, training and development to employees in respect of company policies and employment legislation
Assisting with implementing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and company objectives
Conducting and providing support and advice on the appropriate processes including capability, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy and dismissal
This is a hands-on HR role and the right person should have knowledge of all areas of current employment law. Previous HR experience and excellent organizational skills are a must.
Full or part CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
