NRG is currently recruiting for a Customer Engagement Officer to join our corporate client based in Newcastle City Centre.
The role will deliver high quality, efficient and effective legal services to their clients and customers.
Duties of the role include: -
Engage with all parties building trusting and lasting relationships
Providing highly efficient and effective administration keeping detailed notes and maintaining good order
Understanding and ensuring compliance and data protection requirements
Dealing with all internal and external communications promptly and with professionalism
To be considered for the role you must: -
Have excellent customer services skills
Be an effective, clear and concise communicator
Ideally have experience in the legal sector but this is not a necessity
Have recent and considerable experience in an inbound customer services role
