A bit about the Role:
The Creative Manager will be responsible for maintaining a supply of high-quality visual content, managing product photography and video shoots for online and offline use. You will ensure that all adjustments are briefed to the photographic studio and all work is delivered on time.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Creative Director/Owner, you will manage a team of up to 4, overseeing their schedules and ensuring their work is efficient and delivered on time, and work closely with the marketing, e-commerce and buying teams.
To be responsible for the production of all visual content in line with the company’s digital media strategy, monitoring new digital trends and techniques, and developing new approaches to online visual content in a trend led and cost-effective way.
To develop new initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness through creative, continually looking to competitors and the latest graphic & photography developments to deliver new & exciting visuals for the brand.
To generate all visual campaign ideas, scoping out the amount of assets to deliver and coming up with straplines, slogans and copy for each.
To present these ideas via a proposal format to the Creative Director and Head of Marketing.
To build a calendar around the campaigns and ensure the website and marketing channels stay on brand at all times.
To be a brand advocate internally and externally, working with outside agencies and partners as well as delivering brand training internally for staff.
To sign off any branded visuals and brand-focused copy to ensure they are consistent with your view of the brand.
To manage the creative content team ensuring everyone is working to schedule and overseeing workloads.
To work closely with the e-commerce and marketing managers to ensure the right on-brand content is delivered in the right format to develop innovative and engaging content to support company objectives.
Work closely with the Creative Director to outline activity within the team and future planning objectives, raising any relevant issues and proposed solutions for consideration.
Responsible for overseeing model casting, selection and management.
Manage the creative budget.
Skills and experience:

Has a commercial mind, and can identify where cost efficiencies can be made, and negotiate these with suppliers.
Has a 'can do' attitude and can multi-task and prioritise tasks often with conflicting deadlines.
Contributes effectively as a team player.
A keen interest in fashion, and able to work with the Stylist to plan product shoots - and always thinks like a customer!
Degree level educated
A full clean driving license
A good understanding of photographic and production processes is essential
Experience using Content Management and Digital Asset Management systems preferable
Sound working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
