NRG are currently recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join a fantastic charity in Gateshead that helps over 400,000 people a year.
This is a newly created position which is central to their strategic priority – the role will have reach and impact throughout all aspects of the organization.
In this role you will be: -
Leading on all aspects of quality and compliance, encouraging and enabling continuous improvement
Lead their drive for performance excellence, ensuring that their policies processes and practices meet and exceed expectations
Supporting the leadership team to develop a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organisation
Drive continuous quality assurance as well as mange scheduled internal audits adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SQM and CHAS
Design and develop training to existing and new staff
To be considered for this role you must have: -
Working knowledge of all aspects of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
Evidence of capability to collate, analyse and present written information in the form of reports and presentations suitable for senior stakeholders
Proven ability to influence, inspire and motivate people in the pursuit of a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence
Recent and considerable experience in a compliance position
