NRG are looking for a number of individuals to bring energy and a creative flair to the work place. To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and the ability to provide first class customer service. The suitable candidate will have experience of working within a contact centre environment, as well as having strong administration skills. Previous customer service experience is essential for this role.

No Sales - Customer Service Only
£10.37 per hour
You must have previous customer service experience within a contact centre experience
Duties to include:
Demonstrate a positive attitude when handling calls and go that extra mile, ensure a smooth customer journey
Work closely with colleagues and support Team Leader to ensure a positive customer experience
Inbound and outbound calls, customer service only solving any billing queries
Operational hours between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday – Friday and occasional weekends
