We are delighted to be recruiting a Lead Transformation Consultant for an international award-winning technology consultancy.

The role will be based in Newcastle and you will be joining a small yet friendly team with a global client base.

As Transformation Lead, you will study, coach/mentor and inspire their clients to help grow their systemic leadership capability & cultural power. Making measurable results and behavioural transformation your number one priorities, you will be highly credible in any senior-leadership environment, in any industry. You will have full accountability for the success of the programmes you are leading.

The right person will be confident to initiate controversial discussions with leadership on business priorities and you will achieve rapid agreement plus changes in thinking and behaviour at all stakeholder levels. You will become a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to clients instantly, respectfully pointing them to their cultural blind spots.

Also, you will work with and co-ordinate the internal team to supply you with data-driven insight, logistical expertise, amazing client coaching & training, plus additional back up and resources.

They are looking for someone who has deep expertise in ‘People’ and ‘Systems Thinking’, having worked as Consultant or Director for major commercial organisations, and helped them through large scale change or restructure.

You will be informed and opinionated about technology, workforce, and the workplaces of the future.

Whether you’ve come though OD, HR, Consulting, or Operations, you should be equally comfortable in each domain, with a joined up and proven philosophy of whole system change.

This is a fast paced, proactive role.

Flexible working from their offices and home and regular domestic and international travel will be involved.

  • Facilitate meetings/workshops with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project starts, runs, & ends with clarity, engagement, and impact

  • Assume ultimate responsibility for service delivery and programme results

  • Ensure there is visibility of the impact of the business i.e. ROI proof & internal PR

  • Identify opportunities for revenue/value creation & pass to the Director

  • Maintain ongoing awareness of what the team is delivering, sharing this insight with the client & using it to set up additional business opportunities

  • Assist other members of the team in developing relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, retaining an active & demonstrable ‘oversight’ role for all aspects of client involvement with the business

  • Become trusted advisor to clients, presenting your commercial judgements to

  • Be the face of the business and enhance their relationship with the client, promoting our full range of services & deepening connections between them and clients
