Our client is an innovate organisation. With a dedicated staff of over 300, UK wide. An opportunity for an HR Manager to join the business has arisen, based at their Sunderland based head office, with some travel throughout the uk.
A generalist role with strategic input, the role will involve managing a small and friendly HR team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide HR support and advice on a range of issues, advising Management on a range of HR issues.
An experienced HR Manager is required, CIPD qualified, with generalist experience gained, ideally within exposure to NHS or a care-based sector and with experience supervising a small team.
This is a great opportunity for an HR generalist to join a small, friendly HR Team in a leadership role for FTC of 18 months, offering the scope to widen experience and generalist HR exposure.
