I am working with a Newcastle business that supports prestigious gaming brands to retain their players. They are looking for a personable Account Executive, preferably with client or customer facing work experience, to join their team and work with their vast client portfolio in the gaming industry.
You will work with clients in the gaming industry and assist in dividing their players into ‘segments’ and from there will help implement targeted strategies in order to retain their players.
Day-to-day (not limited to):
-Go through your client’s database of players and analyse any trends of players or player segments that would benefit from certain retention campaigns.
-Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with players that qualify for 1-to-1 account management (you’ll be their designated point of contact)
-Take charge of reviewing players that you work with 1-to-1 to make sure responsible gambling recommendations are applied
-Analyse player retention campaigns that you implement, looking at their outcomes to shape future campaigns
