NRG have a rare opportunity to join a public sector organisation in Newcastle in a newly created HR Advisor role.
As HR Advisor you will provide advice and support to line managers and employees across a range of HR services e.g. recruitment, employee relations and workforce planning.
Delivery of HR training and staff development courses and providing advice and support to managers and staff on the application of HR policies and procedures.
You will act as first point of contact in providing operational HR advice and guidance to managers and staff in management of attendance, T&C’s of employment, conduct and capability, grievance, performance management, change management, retention and redeployment and dignity at work.
Planning a series of meetings in a prescribed timeframe to ensure the achievement of business targets eg: disciplinary, grievance, initial handling of concerns.
Delivering comprehensive range of HR services and devising and delivering training and development programmes.
A degree in HR or HR knowledge acquired through relevant training and experience working in an HR environment to degree equivalent level.
