NRG are delighted to be working with an award winning and innovative manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor.
This is a permanent position and a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious and growing organisation.
As HR Advisor you will support the HR Manager across all business areas providing advice and guidance to managers with regards to HR support. This will include; recruitment, employee relations, absence management, disciplinaries & grievances, occupational health.
You will assist with development and implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures, be responsible for providing weekly HR reports and analytics, provide support with recruitment and on boarding activities and help to project manage various HR initiatives to support the business.
We are looking for innovative and engaging HR professionals who have a background working within the manufacturing sector. You will be CIPD level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and be used to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Experience of supporting strategic change projects and working in a sensitive setting would be advantageous. Excellent communication and organisation skills are key to the role, as is a flexible approach to working as the environment will be challenging and ever changing.
