NRG is delighted to be working alongside a fantastic business located on the outskirts of Durham City Centre. Our client are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their busy and dynamic team on a temporary basis. The role is expected to last around 6 months.
The role will involve working within our clients busy billing department taking inbound calls from their customers and helping to resolve any questions and queries in the most efficient manner to ensure that the customer has exceptional customer service.
Duties will include:
* Speaking with customers on a day to day basis to ensure that the best customer service is delivered
* Ensuring that customers receive clear steps, if the call should not be resolved on the first call
* Assisting with payments and taking general queries from customers
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a customer service role within a contact centre environment. Candidates applying for this role must be flexible to work between 7am-8pm and be flexible to work evenings and weekends. The shifts are distributed on a rota's basis so the successful candidate will always be aware as to what will be expected of them.
