NRG is currently looking to recruit a Technical Manager to join our prestigious client based in Northwich.

In this role you will be: -
Providing credit hire, litigation and case management expertise to develop and enhance their technical capability through structured learning and coaching for colleagues and leaders
Owning the audit function and enabling the development of strategies to deliver exceptional customer service
Motivate, coach and develop the teams to improve performance and skills
Ensure fee earners manage cases in a manner which complies with the SLA’s of Principia Law & the Solicitors Regulatory Authority to the client in terms of communications and updates
To be considered for this role you must: -
Have one of the following qualifications LLB/LLM, LPC, BVC, CILEx or similar
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within personal injury or credit hire claims
Have significant level of experience in a litigation role
Be a strong manager able to create a professional culture where people feel involved and engaged
