NRG are delighted to be recruiting a HR and Payroll Coordinator for our prestigious client.

As part of the HR team and reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for the following:


*Inputting new starters onto the system

*Using the payroll system to input holidays, timesheets and expenses

*Front end processing of weekly payroll for various departments within the business

*Running weekly and monthly submissions to HMRC

*Recording and monitoring holidays and absences

*Dealing with employee queries

*Maintaining and updating employee personnel and training files

*Supporting with recruitment

*Issuing job offers to new starters and engaging with the recruitment process

*HR Administration and supporting the HR Manager with any issues

*Health and safety coordination

*Involvement in Health and wellbeing programmes

The right person will have previous experience in an HR department and be used to multitasking. CIPD qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
